The OsiSense® XUVR and XUVA optical forks are specifically designed for packaging and material handling machine manufacturers to detect all types and sizes of objects on all varieties of conveyors.

Engineered to provide precise sensing that can be rapidly deployed, these metal optical forks feature a small, 0.8 mm diameter light spot, enabling robust and precise detection of extremely small parts. Using a thru-beam system, no adjustment is required when installing the fork (only a single power source is required for both transmitter and receiver), and it is immediately operational once installed – saving manufacturers 100 percent in setup time. These forks also offer extreme flexibility which enables them to easily and quickly adapt to the specific integration needs of a machine or conveyer. Additionally, the forks feature a visible red light beam that assures precise detection alignment.
